What is a CO-OP? CO-OP is a form of experiential learning that offers a graduated pay scale. DU offers a CIS CO-OP program in the College of Technology. All CO-OP experiences are paid. The level of pay increases at the CO-OP site as the academic growth of the student increases. Typically, a student in the DU CO-OP program works at the same employer site throughout the program.
